Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a film maker and actor family. The two professions she chose to pursue were herself. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento, at nine, was her debut film. Anna Lou was her first born daughter in 2001. After directing several music videos, she got Anna Lou. The year 2002 saw Asia as a character in The Red Siren with Jean Marc Barr, and Rob Cohen's Action thrille directed with Vin Diesel. Asia also has a selection of short stories which have been published in some of the most prestigious magazines.
